Interesting times call for interesting recipes. With everyone home these days, we have rediscovered our kitchens and gardens.
I used to cook a lot for Dave and Pork Sinigang is one of his favorite dishes.
Working from home has given me time to cook again.
My Quarantine Kitchen has 3 rules
1. Use leftovers creatively
2. Make do with what’s in the fridge or pantry
3. Zero waste
So when we had Sinigang this weekend, I used Dave’s leftover red radish and the strawberries in our fridge. I also used tomato paste to save on fresh tomatoes.
